Robert Bader’s previous marketing experience includes over 10 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he worked in several capacities such as analyzing and developing new marketing strategies, integrating new initiatives within the retail division, and building a new marketing intelligence team. He also implemented practices that incorporated research results into corporate procedures. The General Manager of the Juice Category for the Fountain Division at Coca-Cola from 2001 through 2002, Robert Bader formulated new product plans and brand positioning, as well as upgraded equipment and organizational training. He launched Minute Maid Light Lemonade, the Fountain Division’s first successful juice product. Robert Bader also managed Coca-Cola’s Burger King Account Team, optimizing product mixes and establishing the three-tier value meal strategy. Robert Bader’s marketing efforts became the foundation for a decade-long partnership between Coca-Cola and Burger King Corporation.
A successful entrepreneur, Robert Bader provided marketing expertise at Bader Associates, Inc., to major corporations launching new products. His clients included Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc., and Ortho Pharmaceuticals.
Robert Bader earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and his BS in Economics and Business from the University of Delaware. An amateur musician, Mr. Bader plays the trumpet and has performed at Carnegie Hall as part of the Stuyvesant High School orchestra. He enjoys the study of military history, economics, and commerce. In his free time, Robert Bader also enjoys running, boxing, and strength training.
